A program for busy people who want to integrate movement and better nourishment into their life in a manageable way. 3-4 ten minute movement sessions per day focusing on specific areas of the body with an aim to enhance flexibility, mobility, stability and endurance with an umbrella of strength and stability attached to each section. Options to load or use bodyweight are embedded into each part of the program as much as is possible. Each four week cycle has a different set of focuses with loaded and bodyweight challenges at the start and end of each cycle. This is for those who like a challenge and to see some noticed progress other than what will be happening naturally through a more consistent movement practice. Our 'Palate Pioneer' chef Aidan Dixon has integrated dose size (10 minute) nutritional morning practices with some larger nutritional meals for anytime in the day (10-20 minutes) to integrate into your week. Every recipe comes with nutritional notes that enhance your awareness and enable healthier and more balanced eating. Suitable for all levels with a focus on the foundations that prepare the body for deeper practices of yoga and/or sports which require more flexibility, mobility and stability/endurance. Weekly focuses are as follows: Upper Body Push Strength Compression Strength and Core Stability Hamstring and Hip Flexor: Leg Strength Side Bending and Twisting: Spine Strength Thighs and Glutes The Smaller Joints; Ankles, Wrists and Neck
