This trial is for those wanting a taste of the 'IN HOUSE' class style at my conditioning studio. It is geared toward those who are always travelling/changing their schedule and find it easier to find time at home or at a gym. A two week schedule is on the program giving you the opportunity to train at home in the fundamentals of mobility, flexibility, stability and strength through skills and drills geared toward and injury free and strong foundational yoga practice as well as general body awareness for those wanting to move well in everyday life. An extensive movement library is accessible throughout the program.
