About the event
We are back in the island of Skyros where there is only natural magic in the air.Â
We are expanding the retreat this year to give you more time to dive deeper into the beauty and peacefulness of this rather special place.
Ten days of a regular morning and evening practice accompanied by food that nourishes the mind and body. Locallly sourced and mirroring the needs of your daily practice with our wonderful chefs Afendula and Aidan, the A team!Â
This year there is a deep fascia release massage inbuilt into your timetable along with all transport costs during your retreat including air transfers and meals out.Â
In addition, we are taking you for dinner out on the sailing boat as the weather will be nicer in the earlier of summer so we get more time to play in the Aegean sea. Â
