Beachfront Location: Luxury villa by the beach by Andros Villas Collection in Ándros offers direct beachfront access with stunning sea views. Guests can relax on the sun terrace or take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool.

DEEP FLOW YOGA
Deep Flow Practices most mornings and evenings which are carefully curated by Elise. The classes are thematic to take you on a journey through the ten days of your retreat.
In addition, all participants will have the experience of Deep Fascia Release Massage atleast once during their stay.
NOURISHMENT
Head Chef Afendula is back in the kitchen! working with fresh, local vegetarian ingredients to support your movement practice on a daily basis providing brunch, dinner and snacks.
This year she will be hosting some workshops from her 'lovemade' naturopathy products as well as nutritional workshops- the secrets within!

The houses are beautiful and comfortable with AC and bathroom in every room, large balcony / terrace and plenty of space. All amenities included. Big open spaces, a bathroom for every bedroom, airy, very clean and you had everything you needed to cook if you wanted to & for coffee as well. There’s a washing mashing, an iron and even beach towels at your disposal!
