We are returning to the island of Skyros where there is only natural magic in the air through the beauty and peace of this rather special place.
We are going deeper than previous years layering a personalized nutritional menu for our attendees on top of our movement and holistic practices.
Eight days of regular morning and evening practice accompanied by food that nourishes the mind and body. Locallly sourced and mirroring the needs of your daily practice with our wonderful chef Aidan and papa!
Vangelis our holistic guru offers a host of osteopathic, craniosacral, oil and deep fascia release treatments to complement your practices. Time has been inbuilt into your schedule for to experience his incredible knowledge through treatment and a special workshop.
In addition, we are taking you to local tavernas on the island and out on the sailing boat to visit the neighboring islands and enjoy the bluest waters of the Aegean sea.

Whats included:
2/3 Daily Yoga classes, 1 x Deep Fascia Release Massage Treatment, Afternoon Boat trip with dinner at Greek Restaurant, 8 nights accomodation in Vina Hotel, Snacks, Brunch, late light lunch and Dinner every day and Air/Boat Transfers on the island on arrival and departure dates of retreat Wednesday 18th and Thursday 26th.

ACCOMODATION AT VINA BEACH HOTEL
Vina Beach Hotel has separate apartments, with elegant decoration, style and cleanliness. Ideal for a comfortable stay. All have large terraces where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful sea view and the large pool along the beach that perfectly complements the landscape. The bright interior is aesthetically flawless, combining elegant design with traditional Greek elements. The rooms are spacious and light with cleaning services every day.
VINA BEACH HOTEL
“Vina” is located by the sea beach of Vina, the most photographed area of Skyros “Pouria- Molos”, symbolic mills close to the island and is an excellent choice that will thrill those who entrust us with their precious days on this retreat. Built with great care, following the traditional architecture of the island, both elegant and luxurious. The hotel management is pleased to offer quality hosting guaranteed to make your stay in Skyros a pleasant and memorable experience. Located opposite a private and tranquil beach with access to a fresh seawater pool.
Breakfast will be eaten with a sea view. There is a bar and indoor brunch and dinner buffet at your disposal.
DEEP FLOW YOGA
Deep Flow Practices most mornings and evenings which are carefully curated by Elise. The classes are thematic to take you on a journey through the ten days of your retreat.
In addition, all participants will have the experience of Deep Fascia Release Massage atleast once during their stay.
NOURISHMENT
Our special 'A' chef, Ayurvedic Aidan and papa, will be back in the kitchen working with fresh, local vegetarian ingredients to support your movement practice on a daily basis providing brunch, dinner and snacks.
This year we are going deeper into nutrition through our menus honing in on individual needs whilst mirroring the group energy and emotions of our participants.
EXPLORE THE ISLAND
This year we have made it so there is more time for you to explore the magic of Skyros with a half day boat trip accompanied by lunch, optional hikes to the town and time in your days to perhaps go diving or explore other beaches on the island. It really is a secret getaway Skyros full of beautiful quiet spots to discover.
