About the event
This Deep Dive Retreat IS BACK has been carefully curated by Elise Buddle to move daily in a therapeutic way through the different body parts, assessing and delving deep into muscular and tissue-related flexibility, mobility and strength.
In conjunction with this 3 nourishing meals will be prepared by Afendula our chef, if not visiting a local restaurant, with plenty of time to explore the island and find peaceful moments for yourself.
The retreat will take place on June 27th-July 5th 2023
